Using what you have:: we removed old rickety handrails and opened up this deck space on both sides to access the surrounding space, resuing what we could

walk through and separation of upper and lower space---within such a small space, simply, allowing for multiple areas to hang with the family

Just SOME flowering plants in our gardens that I'm in love with---all deserving tons of exclamatory!! It's just all so incredibly gorgeous right now...

rock as edging--working with the existing aggregate (repurposing = less waste & trash) to create rock borders, outlines that frame out existing surface, redefining the remaining space, expanding pathways, creating garden space... with plantings and garden views to come this Spring
